Shrimp Pasta Salad

Shrimp pasta salad is a yummy summer salad!
Ingredients
Dressing:
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
Salad:
- 1 (12 ounce) package small pasta shells
- 1 pound cooked, peeled, and deveined small shrimp (cut in half)
- 1/2 cup finely diced red pepper bell
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- salt and ground black pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
- 3 sprigs fresh dill
Steps
- Whisk the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and cayenne pepper together. Add lemon and chopped dill. Keep it refrigerated.
- Boil well-salted water and stir in the pasta shells. Cook it, then transfer to a large bowl.
- Add the shrimp to the pasta, alongside the red bell pepper, celery, and dressing to pasta mixture. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Stir the salad again before serving and season it until it tastes as desired.
